Contract Agreement

The information that is provided by you will be held by AR Staffing Solutions and used for the purpose of evaluating your qualifications, experience and suitability for employment and is subject to the principles and provisions of the Privacy Act 1993. I authorize AR Staffing Solutions to retain any information about me until advised that I wish them to destroy or delete that information. I understand that all payroll information will be retained for the statutory period of at least seven years.

Declaration:

I confirm that unless indicated otherwise on page 1, I am legally authorised to work in New Zealand , I have declared any relevant medical condition or injury that may affect my ability to undertake my job , I have declared any criminal convictions or any pending hearing of any charges in court. I confirm that the information I have provided to AR Staffing Solutions is true and correct. I authorise AR Staffing Solutions to contact any person nominated by me as a referee and to seek further information from them which may be relevant to my application. Without limiting the generality of this authorization, I authorise AR Staffing Solutions to obtain any information held about me by credit reference agencies where requested to do so by AR Staffing Solutions’s clients. I authorise AR Staffing Solutions to disclose information they hold about me to any potential employer provided I have given prior approval to do so. I understand that if I or any other person withholds relevant information about me, my application may not be considered further. I also understand that my engagement may be terminated if, after investigation, information which I provided, or has been provided about me, is discovered to be false or misleading.
